DESCRIPTION: SUPPORT THE ISS ORGANIZATION AND HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCE HOW A TIER 1 SOFTWARE COMPANY GOES TO MARKET.
Our Inside Sales Compliance Intern will be responsible for working with the Inside Sales Initiative in the compliance program. They will be involved in every aspect of the program. They will critically analyze raw data and use that to create accounts of companies that are using unlicensed software. They will work with the sales team in finding these accounts and engaging in the customer to get them back in compliance. They will also be responsible for tracking all metrics and data regarding these accounts and will work with the global compliance teams to continue to grow this program.
CORE COMPETENCIES THAT WE LOOK FOR IN AN ISS INTERN :
The ability to critically analyze raw data and convert that into actionable accounts
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly, and adapt to new situations accordingly
The ability to work as a team with the sales reps and the global compliance teams
To be able to be well organized and track and maintain multiple forecasts and lists
Ability to program solve and think on the fly
Ability to plan your time accordingly and prioritize tasks to achieve results
CRM tool knowledge (Salesforce.com, Oracle’s Siebel)
