Primary Activities:
o Design, write & implement software programming applications. Experince in C++ coding.
o Participate in maintenance and troubleshooting activities
o To follow disciplined software development practices.
o Develop new and extend existing functionality as specified by product definition (Capability Packages)
Qualifications:
o Graduate, Post Graduate in Computer Science / Engineering
o 5 to 7 years of work experience in software development preferably using C++ in a company developing large software packages.
o Good proficiency in the C++ language on Microsoft Windows platform.
o Familiarity with C/C++ data structures and design patterns would be good
o Very good programming skills and interest in LISP or similar language
o Should have worked on Microsoft Visual Studio
o Working knowledge of source management systems such as ClearCase or SourceSafe
o Good Aptitude and English communication skills
Additional Skills:
o Basic to intermediate know-how of CAD Data Structures (BREP)
o Experience with applications of CAD Kernels (Acis, Parasolid, Granite etc.)
