1. Senior Business System Analyst – Technical Systems Lead
Experience : 5 -8 Years

“Technical System Lead” role is responsible for the implementation, configuration, adoption and support of collaboration and development tools used by Global Services. Following systems are being supported by the team – Learning management system – Saba, Collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Atlassian Confluence, Windchill (PDS Workbench), issue tracking tools such as Jira, source code insight such as openGrok and Fisheye, etc. In the beginning the focus will be to support Saba and SharePoint related projects.
Bachelor’s Degree in related business discipline or Computer Science
• 1+ years experience with learning management systems like Saba and collaboration tools like SharePoint, Atlassian Confluence etc.
• 1+ years experience with reporting tools such as Brio, COGNOS, Crystal Reports, Business objects, Hyperion Explorer.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and programming
• Flexible to learn and administer new systems
• Good oral and written communications
• Excellent service and organizational skills to support solution center personnel,field managers and consultants, and partners.
• Should be able to function successfully in both team and independent work situations.

a. Technical Systems Applications business administration and support (30%)

• Gather requirements for system and process enhancements.
• Design solutions- IMPLEMENTING BUSINESS SOLUTIONS – Jira, sharepoint, cognos, crystal reporting.
• Business configuration and solution testing
• Support and Maintenance - Monitoring the availability of collaboration and development systems and providing remote support for end users during local working hours

b. Reporting (30%)

• Gather report requirements and enhancements
• Prepare report specifications for review, work with all stakeholders to prioritize
• Develop and improve reporting infrastructure
• Build and deploy reports using Hyperion Explorer and Crystal Reports.

Oracle DBA / Sr. Oracle DBA:

- Ownership and maintenance of the logical and physical data model for the CSM product
- Review data modeling decisions for new functionality
- Review of complex queries being included in new functionality
- Query tuning and performance improvements (e.g. identification of indexes, etc.)
- Interfacing with the technical architect to maintain the database related portions of the installation guide.
- Interfacing with application management / hosting DBAs for physical storage planning for customer deployments as well as monitoring of production environments.
- In-charge of Development and QA databases from a system administration perspective. (ie. Creation of databases, migration, upgrades, security patches, storage, tablespaces, etc.)
- Interfacing with customer DBAs for behind-the-firewall customers for the CSM product
- Identification and promoting of Oracle features which can be successfully used for CSM features and functionality and improve efficiency and performance.

1. PL/SQL Programming

4. Basic Knowledge of DBA activities


Nice-to-haves:

- Oracle 10g to 11g migration experience
