Work Efiiciency

We love our work but some time we feel stuck in the job. We spent out valuable time in Clearing mails, answering phone calls and attending to issues that don't concern to the professional profile. We don't even know where our day goes, Spending whole day at office we don't even feel good about the work that we did.

The problem is with the efficiency in handling our job. We are not focusing on the big game; we are playing the small game called 'personal inefficiency'. This is all due to Scattered attention, lack of focus.
We can overcome this by following simple methods.
Personal inefficiency is a serious thing that will make us quit a job not because we did not have the ability to fulfill our responsibilities but because we never got the time to do justice to with responsibilities. Here are some tips that will help you stay focused on your work and 'unstuck' you from professional drudgery.

TO DO LIST

Always have a to-do list about what the work where we need to focus our energy and attention for the day. Make a list with five tasks that needs urgent attention. This will prioritize and complete the tasks. That way we can focus on the important task.

ONLY HANDLE IT ONCE

When you do get to start something- finish it. Don’t wait for delay or replying to them. Or else you will work on the same work twice. If you do something handle it once and move on. Its waste of time and energy to do the same thing twice.

KEEP YOUR SELF COOL AND FRESH

Adjust your work environment to suit your work style. If you work better with music, have some music .

KEEP SOME FREE TIME

It is very important to give time to job, your career and your life. Don't be too busy for other things. A coffee break of sometime will help to gain energy.

YOUR BEST TIME AT WORK

Plan your acitivities and check out when you give your most productive effort. Finish the low flag tasks early and then give best to important task.
