One of the most favorite is "Copy Paste" model. This model is to take the idea from someone successful or about to be and add your inbuilt ingredients and flavors, then present it to the world. this model is successful since the olden ages.
One of the reason why the imitators are becoming successful is due to the lost cost and additional add on features than that of innovators.
The follower always enjoy a free ride as they saves the cost on research and development as well as on marketing.The customers have already seen the product or service so if that is presented by wrapping colorful papers they are more keen to see within. Thus the follower avoids dead ends in all the marketing strategy aspects.
So here is a lesson to learn if the business model is not working, then start looking around and you might just find something which will lead you to success.
