The person will be required to work with the Technical Writing team on multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to shifting priorities; plan and maintain revisions of existing documents and documentation sets; develop expertise in department tools and closely work with Development and QA teams to ensure technical accuracy in documents. They use tools like: Robohelp, Framemaker.
