Trademark: It is perpetual, but has to be renewed periodically. It is intellect but not a creation. It is visual symbol in form of words or letter.
It identifies product and its origin, guarantees unchanged quality of product,advertises about the product, create image of product.
Patent : Its the source of information. It is mine of information which might not be available in periodicals, journals and other source.
It is monopoly right given to the inventor with the condition that invention is new and real. The criteria is : Novelty,Inventive steps,Industrial applicable.
