Publishing Production Associate will be part of Global Services Solutions Group which is responsible for producing, publishing, validating, distributing and maintaining the print and web based Training materials.
More specifically, Publishing Production Specialist will be responsible for:
• Work as member of the group that is responsible to produce, publish and validate the print and multimedia content.
• Design tools and templates related to production and publication of
• Document production, publication and QA processes.
• Ensure the high quality of deliverables by testing and validating them as per the defined standards.
• Participate in the efforts to improve the product and process quality.
• Publish and validate multimedia deliverables to various internal or external web portals and Learning Management System.
• Ensure timely delivery of the deliverables to internal and external agencies.
working experience in web applications/ web technologies, both Client-side and Server-side applications and languages, like HTML, DHTML, ASP, JSP, JavaScript is desirable.
• Any experience of working with Content management system particularly Learning Management systems will be preferred.
• Some experience in Web and Multimedia content creation and publishing tools like Camtasia, Articulate, Captivate, Dreamweaver, Flash, and Macromedia Director etc. is desirable.
• Exposure and knowledge of XML is desirable.
