Management Lesson - Corporate World

Being in Corporate world, we been through different working principles and Political games, Excellent coworkers who are working their way up and making moves while positioning themselves for a run to the top, and also Dumb coworkers who eats out your brain.

The one who hesitates, loses the game. Also a Person who sits around and does nothing productive in an working hour/day is a loser. Perhaps worse than all this is the person who gets involved in everything but does almost nothing. This is worse because it affects the job of innocent coworkers.

There are employees who would join into any random project, and start bossing people around. We can keep ourselves updated about new projects and assignment and a simple e-mail to the project manager letting him or her know you're available.Be alert to opportunities and seize them. If you happen to be stepping on someone else's territory, acknowledge it in a diplomatic fashion.Stick to your basics and make your work seen with results. Its all about how you deal and upgrade your self.Every boss knows who all are productive in his team.

If you do something spectacular, make sure to only mention it to the boss. There is a strong possibility he will broadcast it to the office if it's something of major importance. That is your chance to not only take some credit but to acknowledge those who helped contribute to its success. Stay away from gossiping and be a eye catcher only be deeds and results.

We might also come across Pareto principle- 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes.By focusing on the things that produce the biggest results, we can get the enormous share of the results, with the minimum amount of effort. It still involves hard work, but we can achieve your goals in an efficient way.make decisions about what gets done and what has to wait.apply the principle to all your work with others and stick with the efficient people. You’ll get more done.

Company's are planning to take advantages with current trends within the IT service sector. A software professional must evaluate his skills that I asked how I fit in there. They must check whether it was technical or business skills that were most valuable to his projects.

Business skills were most important to his future projects and the industry as a whole. The key to maintain good career path is to work along with programming and more business-oriented IT positions such as systems analyst, project manager, or systems architect. It doesn't mean that carer path is meant to be straight. You move to corporate ladder while moving to different area.

Many software professionals think they will stop coding in few years, but reality is that Coding will be in their job profile till then end. Professionals are moved by fancy title, its true but they must live up to them. Not everyone can become a project manager and communicate. If you are Service based IT company you must also look for Product Companies for fast growth.Product companies who do not innovate and strategies will be in danger. Body Odour, Deodrant,Sweating

Sweating is natural process of lowering the body temperature. There are lots of different activities that cause us to sweat more than usual. Hot weather, exercise and doing something that makes us feel anxious all cause the sweat to flow.We all have our own body odour. Our body odour happens due to the smell of bacteria that grows on the body. These bacteria grow in their number when you sweat and cause body odour.

Sweat in itself does not possess any smell. Body odour of a person is dependant upon multiple factors like gender, genetics, health, diet, medication and many more. It differs from person to person. Some of the areas that are associated with body odour are underarms, feet, pubic hair and skin.

We uses Deodorants for pleasant smell. Deodorants allow perspiration to occur and also control the body odor.deodorants contain antiseptic properties that kill the bacteria that causes odor and the fragrance is just to make the user feel fresh. But also we have to avoid health disorders by avoiding deodorants which contains chemicals which may cause skin problems.

-Try avoiding refined foods
-Eat healthy food that contains loads of fiber, whole grains, wheat, soy products and green leafy veggies.
-Include red radish juice in the diet
-Drinking plenty of water will also help you to smell fresh and sweet.
-Wear cotton clothes to soak sweat during summer.
-Body odour always stays on clothes. So, Dont wear the same outfit without washing it first. If you are a person who perspires a lot, wear something with sleeves as often as possible.
-Use antibacterial soap or deodorant soap while bathing.
-Lastly, keep your body clean.
-For smelly feet, wash and dry between the feet adequately and wear well- ventilated footwear to let feet breath.
-Talcum powder also helps to absorb the sweat and gives a feeling of freshness.

Enjoy the summer and feel fresh..
