Guru Purnima is the full moon Day, Purnima in Ashad. This is the very auspicious Day for Hindus and for Buddhist.
On this special occasion we worship our God, at the same time we specially express gratitude to aour Guru, Teacher and to our parents & seek a Blessing from them and have the strong bond with our Them.
This is the special day of guru shishya relationship.

As today is the day : 15-July-2011 : Guru Poornima :- Students may wish their Guru, teacher theyr parents or their guide by giving greeting, bouquets , flowers, sweets and thanks them for the throughout guidance.
We celebrate this festival at home by making some sweet dish and worship god, and after that sashtang pranam to our parents and to elders
