Career Planning
We all wants to become successful and rich. For that we have to do career plan to get an idea what needs to be done and what not.In today's competitive world, all parents are concerned about their kids education and their prosperous career.
It is likely that our child's career choice is the important thing in our mind. we are more concerned with grades, friends, sports and other interests at this point.
We can do few things in early stages for making things better. It is time to begin and exploring options. Many children are only aware of the small number of occupations to which they are exposed, for example doctor, engineer, Software professional, teacher and whatever it is their parents and relatives do, exploring occupations is a great way to get them to realize there are many options available to them.
When one is young, the future's possibilities are endless. we can look at a variety of occupations. There are many ways to explore occupations and parents are a key component in helping their children with this process.
Here is what we as a parents should do:
Keep Our Opinions to Ourself: Try not to discourage our child from exploring a particular career, even if we think it's all wrong for him.
Network: Use our connections to set up opportunities for our child to meet with people working in various occupations.
Protect our Kids: Make sure we know who our children are contacting to get information about careers. Accompany our child if he or she is meeting with someone. Read all email correspondence.
Words are magic: Educate them, get friendly with them, understand them moreover Believe in them.
The easiest way to learn about an occupation is by reading about it. There are many career books in public and school libraries.
